About Tuneify

Tuneify.io is a curated marketplace and promotion platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Seller Registration

Sellers must apply and be approved. Tuneify reserves the right to reject applications. A 10% commission is deducted from all sales.

Products

Allowed items: digital downloads, physical media, merchandise, collectibles, and fan bundles. All must be original and legal.

Payments & Commission

Sellers receive 90% of the sale after commission. Payouts are monthly or earlier if balance exceeds thresholds. Sellers are responsible for taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds follow the Consumer Protection Act. Digital goods are non-refundable after access. Physical returns accepted if defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Tuneify a non-exclusive licence to use images and descriptions for promotion.

Data Privacy

Tuneify collects and processes personal information in line with POPIA. Data is never shared with unauthorised third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Tuneify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Sellers are responsible for product compliance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Refunds & Returns

Tuneify follows the Consumer Protection Act:

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
Physical products may be returned within 7 working days if defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed promptly once the issue is verified.
Sellers must cooperate with Tuneify for refunds and returns.

Process

Customers submit refund requests via Tuneify. Our team reviews the request and coordinates with the seller. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Fill out our seller application form. Applications are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, you can submit products and pricing.

You can sell digital downloads, physical media, merchandise, fan bundles, and exclusive experiences. All items must be legal and original.

Tuneify charges a 10% commission on each sale. Sellers receive 90% of net sales. Payouts are monthly or earlier if balance exceeds the payout threshold.

After approval, you’ll receive instructions via email. Upload product images, audio files (up to 10 files, 100 MB each), descriptions, and pricing.

Yes! You can request blog placement or radio airplay promotion after listing. These are optional add-ons, priced separately.
