Tuneify.io is a music distribution and placement platform that helps independent human and AI artists, labels, and rights owners distribute music products directly to fans, media, and digital radio (promotional only). By using Tuneify you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Artist Registration

Artists must apply and be approved. Tuneify may decline applications. No placement fees.

Products

Allowed: digital downloads, vinyl, CD’s, merch, collectibles, bundles. All must be original and legal.

Payments & Commission

Artists receive 90% of sales. Payouts are made after confirmed orders. Creators are responsible for taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Digital content is non-refundable after accessed/downloaded. Physical returns allowed if defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership. Tuneify receives a non-exclusive licence to use music, artwork, and content for promotion.

Data Privacy

Personal data processed under POPIA. No unauthorized sharing.

Liability

Tuneify is not liable for indirect loss. Artists are responsible for legal compliance.

Changes

Terms may change. Continued use means acceptance.
